Conditions of modification and cancellation

At Teamcar, we know that every trip is unique and that unforeseen events can occur at any time: changes of dates, flight modifications, the need for a different car model, or simply an adjustment to your schedule.
Because we want to offer our customers a simple, flexible, and completely reassuring car rental experience in Tunisia, we have implemented a clear, transparent, and advantageous policy regarding any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
Our goal is to guarantee complete flexibility before confirmation and personalized support once the reservation is confirmed, so you can continue your Teamcar experience with complete peace of mind.
Article 1 – TeamCar Reservation Modification Policy
Once a reservation is made, an automatic email is sent to the client. This email contains all the reservation details entered, as well as a login and password allowing the client to access their reservation management space.
By using the designated space, the client has the option to make changes to an existing car rental reservation, subject to the following conditions:

Modifications are possible only if the reservation has not yet been confirmed by TeamCar administrative agents.

For a confirmed reservation, modifications must never affect the vehicle pick-up date.

Modification requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the vehicle pick-up date.

Modifications are free of charge only if they do not affect the total rental price. If the modification affects the rental period or any paid rental options (full fuel, GPS device, second child seat, etc.), the total will be recalculated and displayed for confirmation.

Modifications are limited to free options associated with the reservation. If the rental period is changed, affecting either the vehicle delivery or return date, the current reservation must be canceled and deleted. The client must then create a new reservation with the updated dates.
